►  InView receives CPD accrediation from the Royal College of pathologists UK.

15 February 2007:  InView - the novel virtual slide pathology training package from i-Path has been awarded CPD (Continuing Professional Development) accreditation from the Royal College of Pathologists in the UK.  This firmly establishes this product as a valuable and reliable educational platform for professionals in pathology.

►  i-Path recruit new business manager

1 December 2006: i-Path Diagnostics Ltd have recruited a new business manager.  Sue Spencer joins the team to build on existing business strengths and develop new marketing opportunities for i-Path products.

►  i-Path wins major award for on-line Pathology education

1 November 2006:  i-Path Diagnostics Ltd. as part of a consortium of professional bodies, have won a major award for developing on-line pathology education based on virtual microscopy.  The DETI award of £250,000 is aimed at building educational content in pathology, obstetrics, surgery and general practice.  Central to the success of this major award was the role of PathXL and InView in on-line pathology training and training by diagnostic simulation.  This ward will allow i-Path to extend its educational platform in pathology and drive web-based education and learning in pathology


►  Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia buy PathXL to manage their digital slides.

17 August 2006:  i-Path Diagnostics Ltd. have won a major contract with the RCPA for digital slide management using PathXL.  PathXL will be used by the College to serve on-line digital slide content for training, education and quality assurance.  The RCPA are leading the way in the use of virtual microscopy in diagnostic pathology and this initiative will be further enhanced through the use of PathXL for on-line management and delivery of digital slides.

►  i-Path invited to Hewlett Packard Health and Life Sciences Symposium in Orlando.

20 July 2006:  i-Path Diagnostics Ltd. were invited to present their novel on-line digital pathology technology at Hewlett Packard International Health and Life Sciences Symposium in Orland. 

i-Path attend the UKNEQAS ICC Conference in Dublin Ireland.

14-15 July 2006.  Following the successful launch of PathXL for Immunohistochemical EQA by UKNEQAS, i-Path Diagnostics attended the international conference in Dublin.  i-Path will be running subsequent slide sets for UKNEQAS.

i-Path to attend major Virtual Slide conference in Budapest
6-8 July 2006: i-Path present InView and PathXL at the International Congress of Virtual Microscopy in Budapest.
 
PathXL and dermatopathology EQA presented at Pathological Society
4 July 2006: Dr Nigel Kirkham presented the positive results obtained from the multinational study  on dermatopathology diagnosis using PathXL at the Pathological Society.  This study was the first of its kind and highlighted the differences in diagnostic practice between UK and Japanese pathologists.

6 July 2006: Professor Peter Hamilton of i-Path Diagnostics Ltd.  delivers invited lecture on Virtual Microscopy at the International Congress of Virtual Microscopy, Budapest, July 2006
 
PathXL supports  multinational EQA study between UK and  Japan
6 May 2006: PathXL will be the key platform to host a multinational QA study on skin pathology between UK and Japan.  This exciting study will further establish PathXL as the leading product for managing digital slides and serving these to anywhere in the world.
 
i-Path  renews contract with Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia
6 May 2006: i-Path continue working with the RCPA on the development of InView and digital educational media for diagnostic pathology.  This program will continue for another two years and further establish this partnership as world leaders in this field

i-Path supports Pathological Society for delivery of on-line education
15 April 2006: The Pathological Society of  Great Britain and Ireland  use PathXL to deliver digital slides to their trainee members across the country.

 
UKNEQAS use PathXL to deliver IHC digital slides worldwide

1 Feb 2006:  i-Path have supported UKNEQAS ICC programme in delivering digital slides worldwide.  Over 300 participants view good and bad examples of immunocytochemistry on-line using PathXL.
